WeFallForever 5/26/11 . chapter 1This was really good, on the most part. You made it more than just a story on the end of the world and more of a man's interpretation of it. How he felt and how it affected his life. I must say, however, the ending was a bit abrupt and unrealistic. Not in the sense of serpents attacking the Earth, but the fact the all this went unnoticed by Michael until the very nex dayt. Keep writing! |
Natalie Field 5/26/11 . chapter 1'Tis my policy to review a story whenever I read it, so here I go. :D First of all, I must mention how it is very coincidental that I have a friend named Daniel who happens to compose music. Okay, onto the review. I'm going to list the pros of this story first. That is, it's not all plot. There's inner conflict. Hurrah! It's not just about the end of the world! It's about fathers and sons and relationships! The end of the word is a minor detail, right? ... here's when the cons come in. Nope, just when I thought the story was going to focus on father and son, the world ends. I don't know what that added to the story essentially. I mean, unless you were trying to prove the father right. Sometimes instead of showing things you told thing. And at times I thought that the dialogue and some actions of the characters were unrealistic. However, overall, I'd say you did a pretty good job. I'm very glad you didn't make it all plot. Yay! :) Natalie |
