That sounds like the kind of author note Stephen King would read. Short, witty and most of all, teasing. I can't wait for you to write more :)

This seems like a start to a really cute story and I'm loving the way that you started it. Its short and sweet but it sounds fun and gives the reader a taste for your writing style.

I liked the first two lines because you describe the main characters but you don't go too into depth about who they are. Rather you just spark the reader's interest and push them to keep reading.
