An emotional, angry hymn to the martyrdom (or masochism?) of women riddled with memorable phrases and stomach-churning imagery although all these stanzas seem as a barely adequate and even redundant impromptu to the razor honesty of the grand finale:

"a woman is everything in

a picture where she herself

is center, a monster

acting for the camera"

That's a keeper! For some reason I couldn't help but think of some of the females portrayed by Henry James...
