I adore this. Completely describes me. The summary drew me in, and the piece didn't disappoint. I especially loved the lines:

"I warned you,

but it's ok,

because if I disappear,

I will disappear being me,

still me,

always me."

It's exactly what I feel, but you put it into words. It's as though the crazy has become you, and you don't really want to get better, because then you'll lose yourself. Adored this.

I loved this but one thing. It flows better if you keep each line the same length.
