Shifferly 1/20/13 . chapter 1Hey this is great! Are you from Michigan? I am, and I think its cool how you referenced frankenmuth and other michigan things. Great story, great writing, very suspensful, very great! |
Yopkyu 9/12/12 . chapter 14 Wow, one of the only stories to actually give me the feeling of suspense and anticipation. I think you did really well in writing and dreaming up the story and glad that you have written it and shared it. The ending was left open for our imaginations to run wild. :s not sure if i like it or not. Anyways good job! Yopkyu logged in- on phone. |

Jessica16forlife 4/26/12 . chapter 14 I loved this! But random note: you like ghost hunters? I knew Grant Wilson pretty well before the show. Anyways, another side note, I was reading this while listening to Nightwish/Within temptation. Perfect soundtrack for when this story becomes a movie! Lol you should definitely get this story sent in! |
Glamorous4444 4/26/12 . chapter 14 Oh my heck! I have had this story saved in my "watch later" list and then finally had time. And might I say, HOLY FRICKEN CRAP! I am now too afraid to go to the bathroom even though I really have to pee and it is almost four in the morning since I stayed up and had to keep reading it until it was done. I thought this was another vampire romance but boy was I wrong. Excellent story and fantastic twist at the end. However, I do wish some things were cleared up in the plot, but I guess that is the magic of horror. |

Lele-the-Greek-Geek 1/31/12 . chapter 14Holy...shit. That was one fucked up story! I don't get "scared" easily but damn... It made me nervous to go outside! When Lydia said Vampire, I believed up till that point she was being stalked but Vampire? No, that couldn't be it... Right? WRONG. I loved this story... I dtched my homework to read it... Ihad too! The ending was great, eveing though it left us hamging with, "Where Is Lyida Carpenter?" You, are a master horror writer... -lele |
Noona 1/30/12 . chapter 14 I can't believe the story ended like this, I didn't want Dean to die.. But I still loved it. Will there be a sequel? :D |
The13thConspiracy 1/29/12 . chapter 14WHAT? HOW CAN YOU END IT LIKE THAT? GAAAAAHHHHHHH! *crawls into a corner* sequel! |
T L Glenn 1/28/12 . chapter 14That was a totally mind freak. You even have me doubting if any of this happened, and then doubting again that it didn't. The doubt is well crafted into a spiraling feeling that leaves me with a sense of unease. Because I like the idea that it could be very possible that she did really go nuts, but it still leaves little details with no explanation, so that BOTH could have happened. It shadows everything in doubt that way, which doesn't take away from the truth of the story, but sends us into shakey grounds. In a way, it even feels like more than a vampire story. This ending actually makes me feel like I've watched a classic murder thriller in addition to the vampire story. Like if you had combined both into the same story, happening at the same time without us even knowing about it. Haha, I'm probably wrong, but that's my impression. And even if the impression wasn't intended or is wrong, I still like it. Kudos, Heather. Thank you for the terrific read. It's only too bad you couldn't hear my applause... |
