Vivechka 4/28/13 . chapter 1I particularly enjoyed the last two lines. This really does sum up poetry, and in such a beautiful way! |
zhui 6/14/12 . chapter 1I think this idea already applies for a lot of people who aren't mute but don't express themselves well in person - including me, haha. I always feel that the written word is more eloquent than spoken. Great poem, especially for something written in ten minutes! I love the idea you used here. |
I Sing My Own Song 8/15/11 . chapter 1This is beautiful! I really wish I could write like this at 2 in the morning. I think my favorite line (although it's hard to choose, the whole poem fits together so well!) is "the grace in which the letters curve together in wet ink" Perfect. Isabelle |
East-0f-Eden 8/15/11 . chapter 1:) that really descibes poetry! |
chlodochar.wolf 8/13/11 . chapter 1Hmm, yes. I believe that describes writing poetry accurately. During some poems, I've actually cried. Sometimes, even those who /have/ tongues dare not use them... I find that writing in the late hours or soon after waking is often very poignant. Good job! As a side note, should there be a semicolon in the first line? I'm not sure. |
