Aw, very nice! The writing style was beautiful, and I liked how you mentioned that the marble had been polished by tears. It was sort of unexpected and very powerful. The single tear was a bit cliched, but whatever. You managed to convey your narrator's complicated backstory and emotions in a very short amount of words. Bravo!
