I had to stay up and read this all in one sitting. I love your writing and they way you describe things. Even down to the part where Charlie opened her book to a random page to avoid eye compact, you described that perfectly. The characters are full of life and the more I read the more I fell in love with them, especially reading between the present and the past. This is a fantastic love/hate relationship story which is my guilty pleasure! I didn't want this story to end! But it ended perfectly and I'm so happy with Charlie and Shane together. You have a gift for writing! I'm looking forward to reading more from you!

I am loving this story so much! I was planning on reviewing later on but I had to write now that I laughed so hard at the end of this chapter. A drunken 13 year old is so not good but Shane's drunken interaction with the scarecrow is priceless!

Aww, i wanted an epilouge! Still, i think I'm quite the weirdo after reading this, since in no way does it register for me that Charlie liking comic books, mutants, lord of the rings or playing videogames qualifies as nerdy xD Shane reminds me of so many little hate crushes i had growing up, and on some level, i like to think that if i hadnt moved around so much when I was younger, someday somewhere somehow, i would have a shane in my life. Still, the fantasy option works for now, haha. I liked this story, it was sweet, and i am very glad that Charlie amd Jordan didn't actually hurt Shane, i can't envision her as someone so deliberately cruel, no matter the reason. It would have just killed her character for me. Jordan is so cool! The seance, the following a guy around during man hunt and the kissing booth idea! She's just s offbeat. I really wish there had been more of a focus on Bobby and how the heck he became that long haired red head some girls no doubt drool about, but this story certainly wasn't jordan and bobby focused, so maybe this is me asking not-so-subtly-now for a sequel. :D
