I love the style of this. I can see why it won second. I am a lesbian myself, and my little sister gets picked on at school because of it. I felt terrible, but I realized that there were going to be people (including family members) who hate you because of your sexuality. Your brother seems to have found happiness, so maybe I can, too. Sorry for the rambling review. Great story.
