This story reminded me of the TAGS episode where Goober "blackballs" Howard Sprague. Anyway, I thought this was a nice story. The idea of the new law sounds interesting and could be safer for the residents of Milwaukee. But with such a law in effect, it's a wonder how anything else will get done.
