This is written quite well and I had enjoyed reading this. Also, this is interesting as what you had stated in your story here had reminded me of a dream that I had. Okay, so I was in a room with a bet and I was breaking peanut shells (I looked up the meaning of nuts and it is AWESOME. Yes, believe it or not.) Then I remember a dark wooden floor and a wooden door not a plane door and a door knob which I had reached for. Do you know that this dream was 2 nights ago? So, your story had reminded me of my dream.
