An interesting style; the repetition gives it a unique flow, almost chant like. Not quite sure about the last line - the repetition of the word "life" could probably be omitted, but that's just my tastes.

One of my best friends is clinically depressed, and from what I understand this is an accurate account of it. You know that you're depressed, but you don't know why or how to stop it. I hope my friend keeps fighting and realizes that his life is precious...

Good job; easily relatable poem even to those of us lucky enough not to be around depression in our lives.
