Wow, you know I've only come across a select few people that can sum up a good thunderstorm the way you just did...I am virtually powerless agains a nice thunderstorm outside my window. The imagery in this short poem was impecible. Wow, that was very nice.

Anyways, beautiful poem :-) A few punctuation issues but that's okay. I can so imagine this situation! Sweet; I like this one :-)

This is a sweet poem. It flows nicely and you capture the innocence of the little girl perfectly. The only thing I want to comment on is the layout; I personally would of preferred this to be split into stanzas, but it wouldn't make much of a difference anyway - I just thought I'd let you know. All in all, you did a wonderful job with this. Keep writing. :-)
