I thoroughly enjoyed your poem, a philosophy in itself. I always enjoy a good chess to life metaphor but Perhaps you could have wrung it dry, by describing all the pieces and situations and what they meant, But all in all I rather liked this piece of writing. I hope too see more in the future.
