Haha, loved it! It was morbid but at the same time really funny! Like dark comedy, or whatever it's called

I laughed at the bold but then started crying a the actual poem. HOW SAD! :'(

From the writing it doesn't look like it's meant to be funny, but being the horrible person I am I giggled. I liked this. :)

This wasn't humourous, but it was interesting. You've got a very strange narrator here. He/she strikes me as quite apathetic to the poor animal, which makes me wonder why on earth he got a dog. I think that the simple prose contrasted the nature of the poem itself rather well, though.
