First to review! *dances*

Since I have yet to read all of South of Heaven, I am not completely familiar with the world you created. Is this even the same universe? Either way, very cool.

You instantly throw us into this camaraderie and do a great job of introducing what I’m going to assume are going to be important characters. I like all of their different little personality quirks.

Then we meet David. Apparently the badass. And swords? Sweeet! Just one thing, I would have loved some sort of description of the demon. It’s been nice to see your perspective slightly since I can tell you’re quite the demonologist. :P

I’m really enjoying the mix of supernatural, apocalyptic, fantasy. Screw it, it’s just wicked to see someone take charge of their imagination and let it run wild. Thinking outside the box.

I look forward to seeing where you’re going to take this and I am very intrigued about David, I want to know the guy’s deal.
