Ooh, I do like to guess, and this story left me wondering. The stream of consciousness works really well for the setting, and while it leaves me confused as to what the narrator is experiencing, it also makes me all the more intrigued.

When did this happen? Who was Steve? How did he die? Did she kill him?

I like how the title relates to the piece, though. Very good work, I enjoyed this.
