You create really vivid imagery with just a few well placed words, which is rather impressive. I like the way the thoughts here kind of tumble out and lead into each other, and end with just the on, simple, kind of final, sort of wistful wish/want/desire. It's good. It brings everything to a rather nice (neat) halt, which I quite enjoyed.

This is one of the best poems I've read on here for a while. It is emotive, imaginative and not cliched (wish is something many poems on similar themes are, I find). I really enjoyed this poem and I can't find any way to fault it. Thank you for uploading this, I'll definitely save it to favourites.
