This is a pretty good start so I'm gonna bother giving my overview of your characters because I want to.

Reggie- very confused so far and should seek help from a psychologist or something. Or rehabilitation.

Tom- Meh. A little too emotional for my tastes, but more chill and I'd love him. Pretty easygoing, cool, and makes mistakes. I like those types of characters.

As for Reggie's mom, extremely ignorant blah blah blah. I could keep going, but I think I'm going to stop. You need to update; hopefully I won't be as addicted to this story as your other one. "
