Reviews for Happy Valentine's, or not

You know I usually don't like short stories and this technically isn't one but I loved. You should write a story about your own life I mean you are a good writer. This actually could be used as the first chapter or prequel. You must have some pretty bad luck if all that happened to you I cant blame you for hating Cupid. Seriously your life has basically every cliche there is involved except the step brother and the teacher one. Glad that you wrote this people may say this a lot but it really made me lol no offense. Write again soon, doesn't even have to be about the aforementioned just anything you write I usually like. Great amusing letter/story. :)

haha! Almost every girl's sob story about their love life(or lack of thereof, as you put it), including mine. Few people truly get a real shot at bliss. But nicely written! :D

Welcome back, even for a while! :)

I just couldn't stop smiling while reading this. Amen sister, is all I got to say! We've all been there and done that. It's pretty universal, actually.

If you're angry at 19, wait to reach the big 3-0 being still single trying to navigate yourself successfuly through the love jungle! Yes, you've had some pretty bad cases over there, with your best friend's being the only one deserving the heartbreak. You could have gotten it worse, let me tell you. I was in love with my guy friend for 15 years since kindergarten (I know, that's a looooong time!) and he never knew anything or at least never showed he knew anything. After everything had cooled down and when I turned 25 I confessed to him just to get it out of my system since I wasn't in love with him anymore and after the confession, he stopped talking to me. In fact, he pretty much disappeared. Nice huh? My first real relationship was with a guy whom I cought having sex with my best friend on my bed in my dorm room. The occasional "it's not what it looks like" made me feel more stupid than ever! Then, a nice guy came along and I thought this was it and I finally had a break! He got in an accident, stayed in a coma for a few months and when he woke up, fell in love with the nurse he saw when he opened his eyes. They are now married with a little girl baring my name cause as he said I'm the nicest person he has ever met. Peachy? Oh yeah! Another guy was confessing his undying love for me while he had a fiancee I had no idea existed behind my back. And those are just the peaks. And I'm pretty sure these are not that rare cases at all.

I guess, what I'm trying to say, while majorly embarrassing myself, is that as the great Pat Benatar sang 'love is a battlefield'. You win, you lose, just make sure you pick up the pieces and go on, cause really, the only thing left to do when your nose hits the wall, is to turn around and keep going.

Your time of big love and great sex will come, I'm sure. Just make sure you get both with the same person. lol

It was a cool coomeback! :)
