I love your writing style. I can envision it all (which is a bit disturbing) because of your right choice of words.

Though I'm a bit confused about what the Lady said around the end. "This time he won't stop." Does that mean he chased her before? Was she the girl in her deam (or memory)? Or was the dream meant metaphorically, like he somehow hurt her and she both feels and fears that he will do it again?
