I like the fast pace of the beginning, it instantly transports you into this girl's story and makes us want to read more. Not like some where your bored after the first word, so good on you with the mystery reeler inner.

Love the suspense... Whose the voice? Btw id love it if just one time she decides shes jad enough of being bossed around and not being told anything and she tries to escape... Without the twins help... Just a suggestion. Anyways cant wait for next chapter!

Wow... definate cliff-hanger right at the end! This was a very interesting first chapter and it's so well writen. The descriptions were great to, it was like a movie in my head (all awsome books are:) I also enjoyed the tough lead character and i love the mystery you bring to this. I look forward to reading more!

Good start, interesting throughout; you created a desperate and vulnerable main character that I can sympathize with. One little jab: perhaps some of the words are too advanced for an uneducated orphan to use (assertiveness, hallucinating, adrenaline).
