I couldn't read past that really, really sexist line at the party. My doctor friend said "if it smells like fish it's not periods. it's bacterial vaginosis." Just FYI. Yes, why don't you alienate a good 95% of your readers. Sounds like a great idea.

The part before that was so incredibly unoriginal that I probably would have stopped reading around then anyway, though. But that really sealed the deal.

SOOOOOOO, I felt bad for how much I was laughing at this chapter, and then I scrolled up and saw that it was in the humor genre and I didn't feel bad anymore.

So yeah. I laughed a lot at this chapter. I love Chase. And the whole scene just before the presentations began.

Can't think of anything else to say because I'm tired and hungry, so I'll be patiently waiting for more!

Haha, something tells me Geoff's out of the picture. So is Nate going to get with Jason? But what about Hal then? And I completely agree with you about loving the character dynamics. It adds just the right amount of humor :)

Sorry for being a downer but I'm just not getting into this story. Bringing back all these characters from Defib isn't doing it for me - the characters aren't just characters, but units in an overarching pattern. New story, new pattern - and you can't just carry over the same characters unchanged. It really doesn't sit well with me.

So I might keep reading but I might not.

I'm sorry. I'm just kind of confused right now. Where I'm from, we take pre-calc in sophomore year. :\

Let me guess, the brown haired kid from Nate's Pre-Calculus class who kissed some blonde guy outside of the school is Jason and Hal, right? :D You're not kidding when you said the last chapter of Defibrillation isn't the last time we see them! XD

I like Nate and all his awkwardness. Now that there's no Eli, Carrie should help him dress up and make Geoff drool XD I don't know what to think about Geoff yet, I just hope he's not some closeted asshole... lol

Also, the Phineas and Ferb part crack me up. I was watching the cartoon so I can't help it XD Thanks for updating, can't wait for more :)

Oh, poor Nate. His mom sounds like she's got a couple issues there. That's gotta be a lot to deal with on top of moving and trying to fit in at some sort of elitist high school.

Haha, I loved this first chapter! Eli is absolutely hilarious, definitely has a bit of a pushy side. It sounds like that's what Nate needs though, ya know? Someone who can be assertive and push past his submissiveness.

Geoff, well...he sounds yummy :) And super sweet! I'm really eager to read more about him and see more reaction between him and Nate! On to the next chapter :)
