Sorry I haven't been reviewing much on this one, but finally we have some revelations about Eiryu! :D
Eriyu seemed upset, but not so much as to make an emotional impact on me at least :P I still liked the chapter though! Keep up the good work!

I was not expecting the sex with the stepfather... That guy sounds like a right out bastard... Ugh, I hate when I want to kill a fictional character because then I can't actually vent my anger... .

I definitely think he had a reason to be so cranky considering what had just happened with Eiryu... Having a magical boyfriend (lolwhut) is going to take some out of your social life, for sure

To tired to answer question but want update

This chapter felt rushed. We had a ton of Eiryu and no family, and now we get a little bit of all of them and it's throwing me off a little. If you would dish the servings out equally or intersperse them more (like show Eiryu chilling at Rey's house) my hang ups would disappear.

I get why Rey's being sort of bitchy over not seeing Eiryu, since he's a teenager with a boyfriend and the familiar part of him is probably used to having a total Eiryu overdrive. It makes sense for him to be grumpy.

There's a definite sense of... uneven footing throughout this, or something. It's like all of the power is with Eiryu and not Rey. This is the first chapter I've actually noticed it in, but just the way Rey had to request more affection—it's weird, sort of, and I'm not sure I like how much power Eiryu has with that.

Eiryu's reaction to the anniversary of his brother's death is realistic and very sad. You did a really good job of portraying the connection he had with his brother.

The fact that Eiryu and Echai's mom has never been to Echai's grave is terrible and sad. I mean, I can see how she might not be able to bring herself to visit, but it's still a giant mass of suckitude for the whole family.

I don't know why other people haven't been leaving you reviews but I had started school again at the beginning of September and have been swamped with HW and assignments. And the only time I can read your story is at lunch break. Woe is me.

But don't mind, even though I'm a silent reader most of the time, I do enjoy this story. Continue, please.
