You're really good at this, you know! Making me feel all depressed and anxious just by reading this! Yeah, I can definitely feel some of Nate's pain; especially 'coz I'm in a situation similar to this in my life XD

I loved this chapter and I understand how things like a simple "I love you" can just happen and how much they effect the situation for the better or the worst.

oh god I was so moved by this chapter! why can't nate see that his "friends" don't care about him? when can he see the one who truly cares is right in front of him? I almost broke down when he did, that was a brilliant chapter update right away!

3 of course I will keep reading ! I can relate to most of Nate's feelings and I kinda hoped that Nate's black bone or rampage mode, or rage (I don't know how to call it) after his "fuck you" message would have carried on the next day, but it's really hard to let go of the "I am fine" image you have to put on at all times with others... so I should really have expected him to do everything to erase the situation altogether, like I would have were I in his place. Only Shane insistent prodding could crumble that image I guess, good for him for doing his best !
I don't know how Nate will deal with his love declaration, especially since he already has a boyfriend. He wanted to say it so much that even our author Kat Smart couldn't prevent him from doing so ! Nate is more powerful that he wants us to believe ! Go Nate go ! :D but don't take over Kat completely !
And to comment on ShanePebblez's review, I also feel good with the pace of the story, if that was something you were worried about. Also this story is nowhere near ending, this is excellent news for me since I like it very much :D
I am sorry for the many mistakes, I lack some sleep to be able to write my thoughts in proper English #_# I tried ! I had to read the new chapter before going to bed.

Oh wow. This chapter was just...wow. Like, I can't even put into words hoe excellent this was. I might say this chapter is on Beyonce level. Just, seriously. It made me feel. I felt this weird feeling in my stomach. That has never happened to me before. Ever. I don't even know what to say, just that Nathan needs to dump Dylan, like, now. This was just so good.

Okay, this is now my favorite chapter so far. Seriously, it is. I love Shane's reactions to all of the signals Nathan is sending out, and I love the intense emotion going on right now.
I'm so glad that they're finally getting somewhere as far as romance goes. :D
Now, the real question... What was Dylan's text reply? I know Nathan doesn't care, but I do, dammit!

Wooooooooot action, lots of action! heartbreaking, loveable, cute, sad, angry, happy, hopeful, incredibly glad :D and it also came quite fast o.o I can't waaaaaaaaait to see what happens next chapter! and I thought the other one was a climax o.o

Great use of the title in there! It made me think. I guess I always interpreted the two halves as the two boys, and then also Nathan and Shane. But this is another great interpretation - the two halves of Nathan - the life-impulse and the death-impulse in him.
You did so good with this chapter. It really was emotional. I like the push and pull of wanting to be heard, but being unable to speak out. It's very real. It reminds me of a Neil Young song - "Can't relate to joy / tries to speak and / he can't begin to say."
The "I love you" was perfect. I'm not surprised that you didn't think it up yourself, because it's not the kind of thing you can plan. It's a sudden vulnerability, a revealed thing. And it really rings true. It's the best "I love you" you've written - your other stories were good, but you brooded over the I love you part - it felt planned rather than springing naturally from the characters. I never held it against you because it's a hard thing to plan, and hard not to plan either. So you did really well here.
The last two chapters have had me really engrossed. I can't wait for what comes next.

I love the part when Nathan tells Shane that he loves him. It feels so true and honest!

Of course we enjoy getting an update ! :D The least I can do is write a review :) I really liked this chapter (my love for drama shall not die), and this is following a path I like very much !
