I love purple too! Never heard the link between gay and purple, lol! Purple is the color of spiritual protection, I thought. The purple gay is probably a new take, and it makes sense, gay folks need protection from bashing.

Never call yourself a failure- there will always be others who will love doing that. (Luckily for you, that's not me) That poem was awesome and ambiguous- because it means give gays a chance and also love the colour purple. I already love purple though, before I read this.

Plus Purple was worn by royality back in the day you know! lol It was the color waorn to show wealth and power... just saying. Good job i remember in 7th grade we had to do a poem using every letter of our name to start out... My name is Elizabeth... Very long for a 7th grader... and Z not so easy... but you did good for a fun little Ode! lol
