Well, it was interesting to see just how embarrassed Jessica was admitting her crush, especially when she already knew how Cameron felt about her. I wonder if Leah would ever call off the engagement because of her feelings for Dexter...and what would her and Cameron's mothers do in response?

Hahaah, just to start off, I love you. You made the PERFECT-est story EVER, and YES I am aware that "perfect-est" is not a word. I mean, this is AMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZING-bro, you don't even KNOW it.
I literally forgot that I was a human being as I read this story, like I was just THERE observing it all, its outstanding! I wish my writing was like that! Not only that, but the humor and story line and the realness you added to the story was refreshing. I am legit in love with this story and the characters (not really Karen and Leah) but I still genuinely feel really bad for Leah...she's still very in love with Dexter, and he doesnt feel the same :( I mean he MIGHT because of the plan, but...i dunno, we'll just have to see. And that line Jessica said, "Jessica leaned back and looked at me with irritated eyes. "No, that felt really, really good. Let's do it again.""

I love the fact that they were both honest with each other. In too many stories one, or the other, or both parties refuse to just say how they truly feel... resulting in a constant comedy (or tragedy) of errors.

These two are refreshing in their real-ness and honesty, despite being surrounded by people whose entire lives are built around facades.

Of course, in this case the truth won't necessarily make anything simpler for either of them.

Here's my wild guess concerning Jessica's Mother's death. Jessica's dad is Winston Klein,while he was on a business trip in Costa Rica he met Jessica's mom and got her pregnant, feeling slightly bad he hired her as a maid. She continued to work for the Kleins, after Winston's death, because she knew that Jessica is secretly a Klein also. When Karen found out that Jessica was Winston's daughter,and the rightful heir of the Klein Fortune, she had Jessica's mom killed, hoping the secret would die with her. And that's why Jessica's mom wanted Jessica to be adopted by the Kleins, so that no matter what Jessica would still end up as a Klein.

I so want to read more! I know it's mean of me but I don't want Dexter and Leah to get together. Leah is too mean to be loved :O
