That end scene was actually rather adorable. :) I liked it. Sorry it's been a while, I did enjoy the second chapter as well but was going through one of my too-lazy-to-review phases, they don't come around very often.

I think it would be hard to be in love with a criminal, a wanted criminal especially. Bess seems to be handling it quite well though, most of the time.

There was one sentence that tripped me up but I missed a word until the third read through - lol. Silly me. :p
