Quietly startling images- nature mirroring love.

"the trees are tangled in their sky" Their own sky? Or the sky of stars? If it's the stars' sky, the line connects the earth to the sky. Maybe instead of "shore" you could put "horizon" and then that line connects physically to the sky. And then the earth is back, connecting to the sky and space again. Just an idea. It's like a circle! :D
