From the Review Game's Review Marathon (link in my profile)

You know, I don't read poems that rhyme very often anymore, and I liked that about this piece because I think it's a hard thing to accomplish seriously these days, and I think you were able to do that. I liked how this ended because the last few lines were quite bittersweet, especially the "remember you are gone" part.
