Aww, that's so nice. Everybody loves a happy ending, even
if they say they want stories to be "realistic." I
knew Duke would somehow get back to Keith, and I'm sure
he will help Sonya work hard to get well.

This is a nice chapter. Not much happened, but I can see
how you are preparing for Duke's further adventures.

Please continue this story.

Interesting story. I don't think the man is going to like it when he finds out what is in his truck. Remember that stories are usually written in the past tense.

This is a very nice chapter. It looks like Duke's
adventures may at last be taking him back to the boy
who loves him so much.

Good for Duke! He is certainly having some action-filled
adventures. This was fun to read, even with the sad
part about the sick litle girl. I hope she gets better
soon.

This was exciting. It was good to see the animals and
boys stand up to the bullies. I wonder if Duke is
finally going to get back to Kevin?

I had to click into the story since I have a one year old puppy named Duke. :D

As for the story, I'd try to add more prose to make the story more interesting if I was you. Also, try not to over use the commas. If taken at face value above everything from {Then I heard the man ask,} to {they know where to go to get nourishment to grow and play.} would all be one long and giant run on sentence since there is not any punctuation to indicate the end of any sentence until the end of the chapter from the point indicated. I hope this has been a helpful review.

Duke is sure having some fascinating adventures. It's
good to have the little boy Keith come back into the
story. And the cats are interesting characters.

This was very exciting. Duke is certainly having some interesting experiences. Kids will probably think
it's Funny that a dog can learn to read. I wonder what
sort of adventures await him in Houston.

This is very nice. I'm sure little children will enjoy
it because they like to think that animals can talk and
behave like humans. But I'm confused about the names
of the two boys. I seem to remember that one was named
Kevin in an earlier chapter.

Good chapter. Duke seems well on his way to some
fascinaring encounters with new people. It's
interesting to know that there was a real Duke. I hope he had a good life with lots of adventures.

This story is fabulous! I hope Duke gets back to the little boy in the pet shop :)
