this is really relaxing, it made me feel chilled out reading it and i think that i have reached the edge of the valley but this poem kind of brought me back from the valley of death, if that makes any sense. i feel partly saved and much as in some ways i don't want help, i know that if all help was this easy to get, i would be a lot happier and more likely to try to get the help that i need to get better... :)

This was kind of chilling, in the very best way possible! I especially love the final lines of each stanza.."Once in the valley there is no return/this is the home which you will learn." Gives me shivers. Amazing job.
