Been in the process to write a religion related work set in college but didn't have any modern day examples that weren't memoirs or theology essays haha

I like the relationship that's already forming between the two boys even if it is confusing. I think seeing them both in school is going to be fantastic! Next chapter soon!

The conversation between the two boys was perfect. I do hope that we see them as friends, as well as much more! Nicely written.

When uni was finally over I raced back home to read this lovely little chapter and, as per usual, I loved it! I can't wait to see more of Rusty and inside the school. I thought all the conversation here flowed really well, especially with all the description. It was perfect and I don't think I saw any mistakes!

I'm liking this, it is intriguing and has a very believable voice/tone.

Not going to lie, I generally stay away from fictions which include religion like this as I've never experienced that life... at all.

However, I am really enjoying this so far as it's probably one of the best written fictions with this kind of theme.

Bravo.

I like the concept of Father Louis giving Asher a distraction to test his strength; which then turns out to be the boy he kissed in the first place - if that's where you're going with this but I bet it is ;) Fantastic twist, I can't wait for chapter two.

Helen, you have some seriously good writing skills! Im interested to find out what hope is hiding and ashers family dynamics, with shiloh and all. I looooove the name asher and i love the fact that you can shorten both their names to ash and rust. Lol. I thought the prologue was set after the main story but im glad he's already 'sinned' with rusty. It make it all so much more interesting!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I love this story. Helen, you never fail to amaze me with your writing skillz. I kinda wanna hate Hope, but I like how supportive she is of Asher. AND WOAH. At first I was like "The new kid is totally that guy. But as the Tory went on I doubted it. AND THEN Rusty actually I'd turn out to be the guy. I predict awesome things from this story. Love you.
