I'm jealous. Your writing is amazing, truly.

This read to me less as a poem and more like prose. I think it could actually make a really interesting story.

Anyway, I liked it. I like how you described the person. I could really see the situation and see them there in the bathroom. I also like how the tone changes. In the beginning the reader feels sorry for this girl, but by the end I felt a bit sorry for her but definitely less so. I also liked your comment at the end. Snarky and well fitting.

underside. You have talent (almost to much) for
making us feel your characters' angst. The last
line makes me wonder if he means that she will become
a lovely corpse, or turn him into one.
