When you say this is a mini-biography, I gather you've been through this, and I'm so, so sorry for that. I find writing can have a therapeutic effect when dealing with trauma and hardship. A tasteful way of approaching a serious topic, good job.
The little short sentence snippets at the end ("Scared. I am unclean. My fault. Can't tell. Secret.") and the last sentence seem a bit awkward. I think "this game of fear" could be cut off without taking anything away from the last paragraph, as well as that bit I quoted above.
One last thing: flames. Very different from criticism. They shouldn't be encouraged.
