Ohhh Emmmm Geeee! Well, there's my little fan girling moment of the day haha Anyway, what an awesome chapter. So, I'm reading it and thinking, "Wow. That's a lot of sexual tension that poor Jessa is suffering and never having had a boyfriend it must really be getting to her." And then you proved it with this line, "My whole body started when my fingers brushed against the warm skin on his neck, and I bit my lip as my body flushed." That line. Gosh. It's such a subtle and accidental action but it just shows how on edge she is around him. And it's those small things that make Jessa's character so easy to relate with - because, let's face it, I think we all know what it's like to have those accidental physical contact moments with your crush and it's just oh so cute to read it and actually catch it.

So, when I get to the haunted house part and I'm leaning into my laptop, grinning like a fool at the screen, and totally freak as much as they do by the noise they hear. Then, when I get to the part with the Dean, I'm thinking of her dad and then I read that part of him grounding her and I thought, "I called it! I totally called that! I knew her dad worked at Bennett Prep!" But then I got to thinking how Aaron was just starting to open up to Jessa and how this could possibly create a problem for them and I wasn't sure what to think anymore other than "Jeez...this chapter just made me go through a rollercoaster of emotions. Fantastic."

Anyway, in response to your questions:
1. I actually read this while at work (oops) sometime around 11am (MDT) but I didn't want to risk logging in haha

*Get a new chapter up for The Beautiful Game
*Clean my room
*Learn to play the guitar (I'm teaching myself and so far I'm pretty proud of myself for getting a few notes down...it's slow progress)
3. Audience Name: The Picklers...because according to wikipedia "Pickling is the process of preserving food or marinating and storing it in an acid solution, resulting in the pickle." So we can be the Picklers.

I knew it! I knew Jessa's dad was someone high up at Bennett! I'm usually not right about these things, so this is pretty exciting for me! :)

Aaron was very swoon worthy this chapter. I think I melted when he asked her if she'd ever had a boyfriend during the dance. They were getting along so well, but I'm worried about how he's going to react to this news. All this time and after all those fights about Bennett and Grace and this whole time here dad was the dean. I would think he would feel rather hurt. It's kind of a huge deal. It would definitely change how he sees her.

I hope that Jessa is right and that Tucker and Angie get together. I like Tucker and I want him happy and Angie is sweet. I think they'd be a cute couple. And then they could double date with Aaron and Jessa if they ever get their acts together.

And I wanted to say that I loved everyone's costumes! I've very glad that they were all pretty classic choices. I've far too many stories where the girls are all dressed like hookers and there's some guy dressed as a prince. As if sane guy who go out in that kind of thing.

To answer your questions: I'm reading this around 10:30pm; off unofficial transcript a photocopy of driver's license 3. take out recycling (I lead a very thrilling life, as you can see); Er...no idea on the audience name. The Pickle Hoard? ?

Aaaaaaaah! I love this story so much. I was so excited when I saw there was an update! And I had checked so many times that when I typed "tug" into my browser, it suggested the URL to your story! I love reading it so much! Question: do you already know where the arc of the story is going? Or are you kind of winging it as you write more? Anyways, it's like 9:21 pm right now as I write this. It's Monday... The things on my to do list are clear out my math binder, start reading my book club book, and take notes for homework. I have no clue about a fandom name. Picklers? Idk. Oh, and another question: even though you already have a cover, can we submit new ones? And how would one submit one?
