It's very rarely you find a story on fictionpress that focues on the older relationship; a couple that have already gone through so much together but are now struggling to hold on; so that already makes this an amazingly unique story. One constructive comment I would like to add is that you re-read your work and vigorously check the grammar for elements such as necessary punctuation. Fantastic plot that was executed well. I hope you return to writing original fiction soon!

This was an exceptionally cute read! You know I adore stories where the couple are older, and they're facing difficult decisions such as is their relationship coming to an end. I can imagine the feelings they are both feeling and I love how it's our beautiful woman that is the hero at the end of the night!
