This is quite simply fantastic! I don't know where to start with what appeals to me; the structure of the poem, the overall somber tone, just everything! Some particular lines that stood out to me were "I drink for the hearts that I have broken, for the lives that I have stolen, for the tears that I have shed." and "So now I sit with an empty page, a blank processed sheet. But it doesn't matter." Your use of imagery is also beautiful and I like how you make reference to particular aspects but leave the entirety of the poem up to personal interpretation.
