Thanks for sharing your poem, it does contain a
message that is worth listening to. In an age
where it is encouraged (at least in democratic countries)
to question authority and, it must be said,
to question everything we are told,
it is interesting to hear someone speak of the importance
of respect for authority. At a time of great political and economic
instability, I can fully appreciate your anger at those who are trying
to tear down the very foundations of societies that have been in place for thousands of years.
Your message might be made stronger, however, by toning down your own anger towards
dissidents...your message is clear and worth hearing, but by insulting your opponents, you
destroy any chance that they might hear your words and realize their wisdom. Just a thought,
and no offence intended. Thanks again for sharing!
