I get it now. I think I do, at least :p Her Zomb is Zech, who was supposed to be her friend, but she made him into the aforementioned Zomb. Now, she's trying to get him back to the way he was before she did so and somehow, he's going to return to normal!

Forget that last part. You enjoy making me believe something incredibly cliche, then turning it around so that it's completely unexpected.

You managed to keep both Zech and Allegra so distinct in their separate voices...and the chemistry between the two of them is just amazing.

I love their interactions. The characters are so unique and interesting, especially Allegra.

Just starting out with your story here, and I actually like all the information and terms you jam pack in this story. And I like the fact that I don't quite understand it. Reminds me of the author Robin Mckinley.

I actually enjoy discovering what the terms mean by reading the story. It's doesn't bug me, but some might find it a little more difficult to grasp. I like inferring the meaning, and for the most part I feel that I've got it figured out.
Still enjoying the story, it's really intriguing. The situation is definitely a difficult one, and I can't help but hope there are other alternatives than those she has considered.

I have to say. For knowing a grand total of zero about your terminology or world, I like the fact that you literally throw the reader in headfirst and leave it up to us to gather what the hell is going on. Such a rich world from three chapters, and very rich characters. I'm still a little lost on some terms, but as with most things I'm sure becoming familiar with them is all it will take.
The dialog between characters is very involved... and comical. Good read, look forward to more.
