Hey, that was a really good chapter. I like that you added an evil (maybe?) dad into this... that always seems to make things interesting, plus it usually (for a female character) makes the character in question all tough like, you know? And I am starting to like Vitus. I was not expecting him to have a motorcycle... Tessa should have said something like "You have a motorcycle?" Vitus: "Yeah, so?" Tessa: "I didn't think you were that cool!" That would have added a bit of a humorous side to this. This is a really long review, so I will just end it now. Update soon!

Wow, excellent! Is Vitus going to be another of those gruff mentors, like Halt in Ranger's Apprentice or the Spook in the Wardstone Chronicles? Eh...I guess I'd better read on and find out...

Is it just me or does it seem that whenever a character is assigned a mentor and they have to move to another place, the friends up going to the same destination?
That sort of disappointed me. I was sorta hoping tht she would have to be seperated from her freinds but then she ends up making new friends.
Anyway other than that, i have no complaints and this is very well written! Can't wait for more!

Hi! Alright, a few typographical issues (e.g. "say" instead of "saw"), but this one's interesting enough that it makes me want to see where it goes.

And Tessa is quite the spitfire, isn't she? haha... i foresee a lot of humbling lessons from Magus Vitus in her future.

Anyway, further reviews witheld until more chapters are up. I can't quite comment on anything much, except to say that this looks promising.

Wow...I love it! I love the plot! Although I think you could of provided details on how Jack looks like cuz i have no idea. Other than that great job and I am eager to read more!
