I really love that the last sentence is "who am I not seeing", that was a strong ending on your poem. I usually don't read poems, but I really liked this one. It was easy to read, and I understood the whole story. I don't like having to analyse every single sentence to understand it, so this was great.
A couple of things:
"Or am I really just that native?"
Did you mean naive?
And
"When I don't what to say…"
I think a word is missing here, but I might have misunderstood something.
But great job, this is going on my favorite-list!
