Interesting idea. It sparks a lot of others.

A little grammar checks here and there:

"Would bosses have worker(s) sit more..."
"...how many step their employees had?"
"Effect" is really "Affect"
etc, etc...

I like the idea, though. A little polishing and this could end up being something more.

Haha, that's an interesting concept, no doubt! On my job I have to stand and wlak around for eight hours at a time, I really wish I could run out of steps so that I'd have an excuse to sit down.
It is a funny and original idea and text!
