Wow, great job writing here. You're very descriptive. This is very well written. I've only read the first chapter, but it's good.

My recommendation would be to give more about the setting. I'm kind of lost where this is taking place. And the beginning starts a bit slow. But overall, it's really good. You have a great ending to the first chapter.

Kind of reminds me of Romeo and Juliet (in a good way).
