The way you just jumped into this without any background story or explanation makes it feels like this is a part of something bigger (is it?). Normally, that annoys me, but you wrote this so well that I actually quite liked it. I wasn't expecting that sort of ending, but I enjoyed that too. A lot. 'Cause I liked screwed up things, which you're already aware of.

I want to know more about these two and their relationship. Pre-death, of course. Or maybe post-death in some weird afterlife world. Haven't seen that done before. Your writing style would probably let you do it fantastically, too.

I... Honestly really liked this. It's slightly disturbing, probably since I hadn't really expected the ending (and I feel so stupid for ignoring the warnings that I failed to read). But it was engrossing and fascinating. Awesome story!
