Really well written and I love what I've read so far!

Only thing I want to point out is that you seem to be missing a section break when the POV changes from Reika and Yui to Ai [just before "One floor up"]

Also, keep an eye on your tenses. You've accidentally slipped from past to present tense at some points [e.g. 4th paragraph: "Reika stares after Yui..."]

Other than those small things, it's pretty much impeccable :3
