I think that you should go ahead with the sequel, as it seems like you'd rather do that. Besides, it would be better to have multiple stories than one big story with hundreds of chapters.

I am some what surprise at the amount of reviews you guys have recieved. This piece has been excellently crafted it should be in the hundreds by now. Love it. Im a Sydney-dweller as well so it's nice to see one of us in a story.

A fun story, well written, fantastic premise. I personally dislike aksel, but hey, that's me. I wouldn't mind you people splitting up the story, but whatever you choose, right?

i've been hoping for there to be an update to this story! honestly, i think the chapters could be longer. it seems like they're just getting good and then they end. i liked this chapter with sylar and joshua going to do something together, but they didn't really interact or talk at all. and i'm not sure if the dinner will continue in the next chapter, but i think you could have just kept going with it. i guess what i'm trying to say is that each chapter ends leaving me wanting a little bit more substance, you could say. so i'm looking forward to the next one!

Skylar's first letter was hilarious. It made me wonder if my 9-year-old self didn't know the basics or grammar and spelling, so I asked a family member about it. She said that instead of ending my stories with "they lived happily ever after," I would write "everything was taken cared of."

So swsnbn is not alone, hahaha.

I liked how the information was presented in this chapter. Things were alluded to instead of explained, which kept the flow smooth and easy. It also helped that the allusions didn't need explanations. The characters reacted to what was mentioned, hinting at the six-year anniversary's meaning to everyone without anyone needing to explicitly say it. I really liked that. The technique made all the interesting things about Skylar's life much unlike an info dump, which is great.

I also liked the last part from Joshua's perspective. Short but heartwarming.

The only thing that stood out to my inner nitpick was the use of two synonyms in one clause ("Out of habit and routine..."). To avoid repetition, I'd cut out "and routine," but that's just me. Totally minor thing.

Hi, sorry I've just started reading this story and couldn't help but mention something. Just watch out for your descriptions of Australian weather. I'm from Sydney and I've never been able to see my breath even on a cool January night.
Anyways that's my five cents worth!
