A darkly humorous delight! It get's funnier as it goes along! Nicely done!

Oh dear Jesus. I think you captured the idiocy element perfectly. So many of the lines just had me half-face palming and reading the text from between my fingers as I shook my head, imaging some young newscaster saying this in all seriousness.

Some of the highlights: [rain had caused the road he was driving on to be wet], [It was then found that John Frazier's foot was causing this large amount of speed, which experts agree was most likely pressed against the gas pedal.], [John Frazier exited the car in a widely unconventional way, which resulted in the creation of a hole in the automobile's windshield slightly larger than John Frazier]. Just lovely.

I found that the subject matter was a little too dark to get an actual laugh out of me. I can't quite laugh while I'm imagining a man dying - doesn't click that way - so that tampered with the "humor" element of it, at least from my tastes, but all in all I think you did a pretty good job considering what you were shooting for. Not bad. :)
