fratervel 12/9/12 . chapter 1I am not a very literary man, so if I misterpret anything, mea culpa. You portrayed yourself as the dagger and poison that claimed the lives of Romeo and Juliet, with such detailed and delicate description of both the lovers' gruesome deaths. Though I said "gruesome", I do not entirely find it "gruesome", for one instance, I quite enjoy the scenes of blood and gore. But that's just my monologue... Anyway, I find your view of life, as revealed in your poem, fascinating...death is indeed knowledge and ignorance simultaneously, like the Forbidden Fruit (which bestowed us knowledge, but was also eaten by Eve and Adam in their ignorance). I look forward to reading other poems of yours... Yours sincerely, Frater V.E.L. (Veritas est Lux) P.S. I wonder if you could read my compositions in your convenience, and leave some review if possible. Grazie. |
