I really like how you have written this piece. It flows nicely, Has a strong sense of mystery to it and ends with a nice twist that wasn't indicated until the last few sentences where its revealed. I'd love to read more of this to see where you take it. I think you have a great writing style and can hold a readers attention.

You managed to convey the cold feelings of the main character perfectly especially towards his fiancée, I could feel the awkward tension between them, There was a great sense of hostility in it.
